Indicates that a Right Pick Muscle force (hence constant muscle tension) must be effected in the indicated direction. Indicates that the exercise (due to lack of movements) is performed by execution time. Preheating Exercise (Required): Skipming with open arms: A very simple exercise. Alternating the movement of the legs (as seen in the drawing) as we open and close the arms. When we open them try to place them slightly behind the torso and then put them straight up in front of the chest or in the form of applause. This exercise should be done in 3 to 5 minutes for the body to warm up.
